Covid-19, Mitsubishi Siap Servis Mobil ke Rumah Pelanggan

JAKARTA – Para pemilik mobil Mitsubishi tetap dapat merawat atau servis berkala di tengah wabah coronavirus disease (Covid-19). Mitsubishi Motors memberikan kemudahan kepada para pelanggan melalui layanan Home Service.

Setiap petugas dealer/bengkel resmi yang mendatangi rumah pelanggan wajib mengenakan masker. Namun jika mobil harus diperbaiki di bengkel dealer, PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI) juga menyediakan layanan Vehicle Pick-up, layanan penunjang perawatan kendaraan dengan melakukan penjemputan kendaraan ke rumah pelanggan sebelum diperbaiki di dealer sehingga pelanggan tidak perlu keluar rumah.

Para pelanggan pun tetap bisa melakukan Service Booking di dealer seperti biasa dan mendapatkan layanan Mitsubishi Quick Pit (MQP) yaitu layanan perbaikan ringan dengan waktu kurang dari 60 menit, khusus mobil penumpang. MQP meliputi pemeriksaan secara umum seperti pembersihan air filter, penggantian oli kendaraan, dll. untuk mengurangi waktu tunggu pelanggan saat di dealer.

Dalam situasi darurat dan saat membutuhkan bantuan di perjalanan, para pelanggan dapat menghubungi Allianz, melalui hotline Allianz (021) 56961177 ext. 2 (layanan ini tersedia selama 24 jam & selama jam operasional dealer layanan bantuan road assistance juga akan diberikan oleh dealer secara parallel). Perlu diketahui MMKSI telah bekerjasama dengan Allianz Partner.

Para pelanggan dapat menghubungi dealer resmi Mitsubishi Motors terdekat selama jam operasional dealer untuk Service Booking, layanan lain, dan keadaan darurat (selama jam kerja).
