TANGERANG – Pameran otomotif Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show (GIIAS) kembali menjadi ajang diluncurkannya Mitsubishi Xpander. GIIAS 2017 menjadi pameran world premiere MPV 7-seater tersebut.
Dan, pada GIIAS 2021, new Xpander dihadirkan. Mobil keluarga ini membawa sejumlah penyegaran. Desain “Dynamic Shield” khas Mitsubishi Motors disegarkan sehingga tampil lebih gagah, modern dan mewah. Pembaruan-pembaharuan eksterior lainnya berupa New Front Bumper Design, New T-Shape Headlight with LED (tipe Exceed, Sport, Ultimate), New Rear Design, New T-Shape LED Tail-light, Side Sill Garnish, Electric Switch Tail Gate Door Handle, New 17” Two Tone Alloy Wheel (tipe Ultimate).
Revisi interior new Xpander meliputi New Horizontal Axis Design Dashboard with soft touch, New Instrument Panel & Door Trim with Soft Pad, New Interior Color (Black & Navy Blue), Console Tray & Card Holder, New Floor Console with Armrest4, New Digital AC panel, New 9” WSVGA Capacitive Touch Panel Display with Smartphone-Linked Display Audio (SDA), New Design High Contrast Meter Cluster with Color MID, New Steering Wheel with Audio Steering & Hands Free Switch, New Synthetic Leather Seat with Heat Guard Function (XPANDER CROSS Premium Package), New Rear Armrest with Cup Holder, New Rear Dial AC Garnish, New Rear USB Port on front console (PANDER CROSS tipe CVT dan Premium Package).
Sejumlah fitur keselamatan yakni 2 airbag, ABS+EBD+BA, Hill Start Assist tetap tersedia. Beberapa fitur baru berupa New Speed Sensitive Automatic Door Lock1, New Electric Parking Brake with Brake Auto Hold.
Mesin 4-silinder, 1.500cc, masih dipertahankan. Namun, kini ada pilihan transmisi CVT untuk pertama kalinya.
GIIAS 2021 akan berlangsung dari 11 – 21 November di Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) – Tangerang. ##
