JAKARTA — Para konsumen produk-produk Pertamina (BBM, LPG dan Pelumas) kini bisa menyampaikan keluhan ke Pertamina Call Center 135.

Pertamina Call Center 135 ini akan melayani masyarakat yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai produk BBM, LPG & Pelumas, melayani masukan masyarakat mengenai pelayanan SPBU dan channel pemasaran produk Pertamina lainnya seperti Agen & Pangkalan LPG dan Outlet pelumas.

Tidak hanya itu, Call Center 135 bisa memberi informasi seputar program-program promosi Pertamina seperti Loyalty Program My Pertamina, Program Promo Produk serta Program Berkah Energi Pertamina yang sekarang masih berjalan dapat ditanyakan melalui Call Center 135.

“Mengusung semangat “Go Retail, Go Digital, Go Customer” di tahun 2019, melatarbelakangi hadirnya layanan Pertamina Call Center 135 yang merupakan terobosan yang diharapkan menjadi layanan customer care yang mampu memotret perilaku dan kebutuhan konsumen yang berbeda – beda dan unik di zaman sekarang ini. Penggunaan big data akan berperan sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan strategis yang diharapkan mampu menciptakan program – program dan inovasi yang tepat untuk dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan juga secara aspek bisnis mampu meningkatkan revenue perusahaan terutama di sisi hilir Pertamina.” ujar Direktur Pemasaran Retail PT Pertamina, Mas’ud Khamid.
